To be more precise regarding my last comment,in the world of technology, the more I learn, the more I realize I don't know. For example, below this box is written "Comment as:" The drop menu features choices such as Live Journal, WordPress, TypePad and Aim. I'm somewhat familiar with Aim, but the others? And when might one choose to use those?
Patience, yes. . .and the recognition that not being the most technologically savvy does not prohibit being a good instrctor. Yet I do hope and expect to take away from the workshop at least a minimum of skills to implement in my classroom (in baby steps, or what Pam calls low risk activities). In fact,I'll be doing that this week, successfully I hope.
